The Importance of Sleep
Did you know that being awake for a very lengthy period of time without getting sleep can create toxic products/poisons in your brain?
The reason why sleep is so important is because it eliminates these toxins so you can generate better thoughts for you to strive. When you are awake, your brain cells are quite big, which keeps the toxins in your brain, rather than flushed out. However, when you get sleep, your brain cells shrink in size, increasing the space in between cells, and allowing the toxins to "stream away" themselves, like a self clean. Ultimately, with sleep, your brain destroys ideas that are not needed, but strengthens the ones that are priorities.
An interesting fact - believe it or not, a lack of sleep can result in very brutal consequences, such as headaches, stress, heart disease, diabetes, and death earlier than expected.
